The first to sell used panties on any platform

I look after 43 students aged 11-16, each with complex learning needs (autism, dyslexia,  ADHD) in a mainstream school environment. I love a challenge and see the good in everyone. It’s hard work sometimes, but it’s gratifying especially when students gain life skills to take them out into this big, wide world. 

My Personal Life

I am also proud to be a mother to four adult children, all of whom have left to pursue their professional paths. 

In my free time, gardening is my passion. I love taking care of plants and watching them blossom into beautiful flowers. This has been very rewarding…I can see how my work, home, and gardening are intertwined. 

What inspired you to start selling?

Well, that’s my story. 

One evening about six years ago, I was at a local drinking party with some friends. There were seven of us in total. The topic of selling pants came up. There was a TV show at the time called “Orange is the New Black” and I think it was about selling panties. After a few drinks and laughs among the girls, my coworker made a bet. The bet was who could be the first to sell used panties on any platform. 

Selling panties? I thought it was sassy, glamorous and exciting. 

I’m naturally competitive, so the bet was… 

I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into and was completely naive or bored, but the fun and excitement of it lit a fire inside me.  I searched the internet and to my surprise, I lived in a world I was dying to explore. Why didn’t I  know they existed?  After some research, I signed up for the platform and soon sold my first pair of wet and worn pants.
